tbC regularly travels to the south-west and south-east of Melbourne to lead large scale graffiti and street art projects for local councils and community organisations. These projects promote and encourage legal street artwork. tbC works with a growing group of young painters, as well as a growing group of filmmakers and photographers who help document such projects.
